Pleasant 2night stay for visiting Rhinefalls and Zurich by car.

This is a proper 3star hotel. Ideal if Rhinefalls and Zurich is on your itinerary. Located in Germany meaning big savings on everything. Only a 10 minute drive to Rhinefalls and 30 minutes to Zurich. Bear in mind the border crossing but we pass through smoothly as Belgians. There is a vast free parking and charging station for EVs. Good breakfast, comfortable and clean room, very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

It was fine but the check-in system should be fixed and heating should be left on during the night.

We wanted mainly to escape the night-long fireworks during New Years Eve and have a short getaway. Except for a short term firework explosions after midnight, the nights were peaceful and quiet. The mattresses are fantastic, and it's great that you can make the room completely dark. We were very happy with the jacuzzi bath as well that comes with the 3 persons accomodations. The room is really spacious and looks very nice. The level of cleanliness was also great. The staff is nice and helpful, and the breakfast was also okay for a small hotel like this, but we would have been glad to see more kinds of veggies, condiments (especially mustard), a toaster, and boiled eggs. The sausages were extremely tasty though.

There is no waste bin in the room which is odd. The fridge is positioned under the desk which makes impossible sitting there comfortably and get some work done. There is no reading but only ambience light next to the beds, which for us as evening readers, was not ideal. There is no lobby or any other place where you could sit outside the room (the breakfast area is locked), so you are compelled to stay in your room even if you wake up hours earlier than your partner. The most frustrating thing was that the check-in machine didn't work properly, making us have to linger out in the cold. The staff told us that it happens on a regular basis when there are many visitors. The heating got completely turned off during the night which wasn't very pleasant either.

Great stay, very comfy beds and the jaccuzi was amazing

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and modern, the digital check in system was fantastic since we arrived very late. The beds were major comfortable, and the jaccuzi made the night!

A good stop over and nice staff

Great staff, and the receptionist was very helpful when we were trying to get settled in. Breakfast was good, and plenty of parking for all the motorbikes.

There were absolutely no restaurants open the night we were there, which made life a bit difficult. The receptionist was great at helping us order pizza from a local takeaway, and we sat on the veranda with a cold beer having it. It actually made for one of the best nights on the tour though :)

Was okay

No hot water during evening. Could not take a shower. Very noisy teenagers on the street Noisy neighbours talking loud on the phone in the hallway until 1:00 AM Toilet was broken and water ran all night. Was looking for a good night sleep but could not go to sleep. Waste of money

Quiet and pleasant overnight halt very close to EV15 cycle route

Very friendly, helpful staff on the front desk, Pleasant and quiet village. There was a shed in the rear car park for bicycle storage. Comfortable and clean room. Nice breakfast.

I had to maneuver some some random bits and pieces around in the bike garage to make space to lock my bicycle to something. It could do with a tidy up and ideally a dedicated rack for bicycles for storage and something to lock the bike to.

A good choice of items for a standard European breakfast combined with exceptionally welcoming, helpful as well as friendly staff. The staff did a splendid and reliable job.

Modern, clean apartment with a great terrace

The apartment was modern, spacious, and perfectly clean. The bedding smelled fresh, which made the stay even more comfortable. I especially enjoyed the large terrace — ideal for relaxing in the evening. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, a very good standard and great value for money. Highly recommended!

Fast rundum zufrieden, zu empfehlen

Schön modern eingerichtet, super einfaches Check in auch wenn die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist durch einen modernen Automaten aussen am Hotel. Sehr leckeres Frühstück

In der Dusche waren noch 3 lange Haare was halt mal passieren kann. Nicht so wild aber erwähnenswert

Un lugar excepcional.

La amabilidad de la chica de recepcion cuando llegamos y del señor de recepcion cuando nos fuimos. Teníamos dos televisiones , una en la zona de la cama y otra en la zona del salón. Estaba todo en perfecto estado. Súper limpio.

Experiență excelentă! Am fost foarte mulțumit de acest hotel. Personalul este foarte amabil și prietenos, iar curățenia este impecabilă. Check-in-ul se face extrem de simplu și rapid. Locația este foarte bună, mai ales dacă doriți să vizitați Elveția. Am fost plăcut surprins de calitatea serviciilor oferite și, cu siguranță, ne vom mai întoarce.

Schlimmster Hotel Aufenthalt!

Die Matratze war sehr bequem.

Das ist das mit Abstand schlimmste Hotel in dem wir je waren. Wir hatten schwarzschimmel in jedem Zimmer an den Wänden und decken. Wände zusätzlich stark verschmutz und beschädigt. Andere Gäste beschwerten sich das der fernseher nicht ginge. Die Dusche versifft und verschimmelt. Es war sogar noch ein Kleidungsstück von denjenigen die vor uns da waren im Schrank, die waschbeckenschublade stark verschmutz. Eine der zwei kopfstützen vom whirlpool war kaputt. Der zusätzliche Heizlüfter/Ventilator ebenso defekt. Das Zimmer ist so Hellhörig das man die Unterhaltung an der Rezeption klar und deutlich hören konnte. Beim Bett war das Untergestell gebrochen, sodass wenn man sich am Fußende hinsaß die Matratze nach vorne kippte. Am nächsten Morgen ging es genauso weiter. Beim Frühstück gab es Wurst die nicht mehr frisch ausgesehen hatte, der Orangensaft aus dem Automaten schmeckte schimmelig das ist nach Anmerkung dem Personal auch aufgefallen. Nach dem Frühstück zurück auf dem Zimmer konnten wir kein Licht mehr einschalten da wir nur in unserem Zimmer Stromausfall hatten obwohl nichts angeschaltet war. Das Personal meinte nur wir sollen einfach die Zimmertür offen lassen damit wir das Licht vom Flur haben, nach ca. 10 Min. Ging der Strom wieder als das Personal im Flur irgendeine Sicherung wieder reingemacht hat. Der schlimmste Hotel Aufenthalt den wir je hatten. Und dafür 135€ die Nacht zu Verlangen ist sehr unverschämt!!! Nie wieder Hotel Lottstetten. Das dieses Hotel 3 Sterne hat ist unglaublich.

Lage war sehr gut, da ich fussläufig von einer Geburtagsfeier Location nächtigen konnte.

Zimmer sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet Highlight war der Whirlpool im Zimmer

Frühstück sehr wenig Auswahl und qualitativ schlecht (Eigenmarken vom Diskounter, nur billige Aufbackbrötchen, Rührei kalt, keine vegane Milchalternative)
