Perfect stay at Rhein Falls

Very helpful friendly staff. Room is very big. Bed is comfy. Just about 600m walk to falls. Restaurants nearby.

Good place for a tourist to stay with easy walk to Falls.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and stored our touring bikes somewhere secure. We could also leave our luggage while we walked to see Rheinfall.

Perfect for a stop off while visiting Rhine falls.

Well you get what you pay for :-). For the money this property is adequate enough for a stop off while visiting the Rhine falls area. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were very friendly. And having a dedicated parking area at the rear was a bonus!

No aircon in the rooms!! Kind of quite essential in the summer heat but it was only for one night so we survived.

Heel centraal

Ontvangst was heel prettig. Vriendelijk en alles gelijk uitgelegd. Fijn de auto op eigen parkeerterrein. De lokatie is echt geweldig! Alles op loopafstand. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid.

Er lag tapijt op de kamer en die zorgde ervoor dat wij het een beetje benauwd hadden.

Für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Es hat alles was man braucht. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig.

Man kann es im Hotel gut aushalten, aber ein günstiger Preis wäre angemessener.

Das Hotel hatte ein schönes Flair. Viele Reisende aus verschiedenen Nationalitäten. Es war eine positive Stimmung im Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, allerdings die Ausstattung alt, wie man auf den Bildern auch schon sieht. Ich hatte vorab um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, aber dann leider im vierten Stock eines zur Straße hin bekommen.

Im Zimmer war sehr heiß und obwohl ich ein mein Hund dabei hatte, was für ihn viel zu heiß und wenn man gelüftet hat, war es leider viel zu laut. Dennoch war das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns einen weiteren Ventilator aufs Zimmer gebracht. Absolut schlecht fand ich und Hunde unfreundlich, dass der Hund weder mit zum Frühstück darf, noch allein auf dem Zimmer bleiben. Wie soll man das denn machen, wenn der Hund nicht mit zum Frühstück darf und aber auch nicht auf dem Zimmer bleiben kann als Alleinreisender. Da hatte ich schon Hotels mit der gleichen Preisklasse und wesentlich besserer Ausstattung, wo der Hund immer mit zum Frühstück und auch allein auf dem Zimmer bleiben durfte. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt in diesem Hotel auf keinen Fall.

Ein „Rheinfall ohne h“

Die Unterkunft war total überteuert!!!!!!! Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben auf dieser Reise in insgesamt sieben Hotels übernachtet, die allesamt viel günstiger und tausendmal besser waren. Das Bad war altertümlich, das Waschbecken im Zimmer. Alle Aufstriche beim Frühstücksbuffet waren einzeln verpackt. Der Frühstücksraum war lieblos, obwohl sich die beiden Hotelfachfrauen wirklich Mühe gegeben haben. Das Hotel war ein „Rheinfall ohne h“! Wir haben uns sehr geärgert, dass Booking.com dieses Hotel für diesen Preis anbietet!!!!!

Badeinrichtung ohne Abzug Duschvorhang Frühstücksbuffet mit zu viel Verpackungsmüll Preis-Leistung: das war das, was am meisten geärgert hat. Wenn es gestimmt hätte, hätte man über einiges hinwegsehen können!

Sehr sauber und Ruhig Lage

Es ist ein altes, aber sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor Ort Von Hotel Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des größten Wasserfalls Europas (Rheinfall). Perfekte Lage, viele Möglichkeiten für ein leckeres Abendessen in der Nähe des Hotels. Ein Supermarkt ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar.
