A wonderful hotel at a good price

We enjoyed our stay very much. The service was excellent, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the parking was right at the door. There is an elevator, the room was huge and warm, and it was cleaned every day. A wonderful hotel at a good price — definitely worth it!

New hotel with excellent rooms & breakfast, easy to access, e-charging on the parking!

Recently constructed hotel, large rooms (we got 2 rooms that were connected – great for families!), excellent beds. Very good breakfast. Kind and attentive staff. Easy access when driving through the region (e.g. if you go to Technorama). 2 sockets for e-charging available on the parking (±€1/kWt, more expensive than on the highway – but convenient!). Ticks all the boxes, we'll stay here again!

Not a complaint, but a request: in the confirmation email, inform the guests that e-charging is available and if they want to use it, include the instructions on how to turn it on? Otherwise if you arrive late, you miss the chance to use the night to fully recharge.

The staff were great We had two dogs with us. An extra 10 euro per dog. But what was great also. Was because we had the dogs. They put us on the ground floor. Easy access to the back yard. The room itself was lovely and clean. Great shower. Breakfast was great.

The room we had was very clean. It had all they have said in description. The property is very close to the Rhein Fall. The food was also very ok and for a breakfast you have enough dishes.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in a while 🌟

The host was bright, helpful and always ready to help. There are two spots to charge your electric car which was great! The hotel looks new and very clean 🧼. The room was spacious and the bathroom too. There’s a steakhouse nearby and I can’t recommend it enough, it was absolutely delicious! The breakfast had a lot of variety which is great 😊

Very good

It is a very clean place to stay and town is also pretty cool. There are lots of places to go for outdoors and cycling in summer time. It is located right at the Swiss border and costs a lot less than Swiss hotels.

It is floor heating system which keeps hotel too warm through out the night. It is controlled by the hotel management and guests have no sight of it. So it does get too hot in night.

Disappointed that I didn’t get the room I had booked.

Staff seemed nice.

I didn’t get the room I had booked. Manager said there was a problem with Booking.com and he was over booked. He gave me an option of staying in a room in a Gastaus across the street for a slightly reduced price. The place smelled of smoke but I didn’t have a choice as I was on a bike tour and it was already late in the day. Given this experience I would not book with them again.
