Close to a tube station and a large supermarket. Easy to find. The accommodation was bright, clean, tidy and spacious. The kitchen was beautiful. Ample windows for fresh air.

Took almost half an hour to access property as the key would not work in the lock. Last thing you need when you have been on the road for hours. Throughout stay, key or lock still problematic. Sink in upstairs bathroom, was blocked. Bought some drain unblocker which helped. Bath needs urgent attention as it appears to have no under support. Very unstable. Lovely size TV shame it didn't work. No WiFi.

Lots of space and comfortable beds. Great location for our needs.

They key boxes were not well described and as pictured, so it took a few minutes to find them. There were holes in the walls and extra furniture in several rooms, which made the space less inviting and cramped. Finally, there was a very loud knocking sound in the walls that carried throughout the house and made it difficult to get a good nights rest as it sounded like someone was banging on the door.

The location on foot into London to get to Westminster was really convenient.

The TV had no channels to choose, after contacting the letting team I was only told to access the internet to get Netflix or YouTube, eventually after a few attempts via the WiFi dongle we eventually managed to mirror my phone to the TV, however we only managed to get a partial picture which wasn't great. Several attempts to get support came to nothing.

De locatie was top, dicht bij de metro en een supermarkt. Appartement was ruim. WiFi was goed. Informatie over de sleutel was goed geregeld met duidelijke foto. Er was voldoende beddengoed en er waren voldoende handdoeken. Er zijn echt wel verbeterpunten, ondanks dat zouden we het wel aanbevelen.

De keuken is erg uitgebreid: oven, magnetron, waterkoker, broodrooster en vaatwasser. Er waren ook heel veel pannen. Wat miste was bestek, er was nagenoeg niks. Ook borden en bekers waren er bijna niet. In de badkamer hadden we enorm last van een piepende kraan, de hele nacht door. Ook het feit dat we de douche niet op konden hangen tijdens het douchen was erg storend. Er is geen föhn aanwezig terwijl die er wel zou zijn volgens de omschrijving. De bedden waren prima, echter op sommige plekken erg doorgezakt. De foto van het sleutelkastje klopte niet, dus was nog even zoeken welke moesten hebben.
