Close to a tube station and a large supermarket. Easy to find. The accommodation was bright, clean, tidy and spacious. The kitchen was beautiful. Ample windows for fresh air.

Took almost half an hour to access property as the key would not work in the lock. Last thing you need when you have been on the road for hours. Throughout stay, key or lock still problematic. Sink in upstairs bathroom, was blocked. Bought some drain unblocker which helped. Bath needs urgent attention as it appears to have no under support. Very unstable. Lovely size TV shame it didn't work. No WiFi.

Lots of space and comfortable beds. Great location for our needs.

They key boxes were not well described and as pictured, so it took a few minutes to find them. There were holes in the walls and extra furniture in several rooms, which made the space less inviting and cramped. Finally, there was a very loud knocking sound in the walls that carried throughout the house and made it difficult to get a good nights rest as it sounded like someone was banging on the door.

The location on foot into London to get to Westminster was really convenient.

The TV had no channels to choose, after contacting the letting team I was only told to access the internet to get Netflix or YouTube, eventually after a few attempts via the WiFi dongle we eventually managed to mirror my phone to the TV, however we only managed to get a partial picture which wasn't great. Several attempts to get support came to nothing.

je pourrais dire malgré mes notes que l'emplacement est bien avec le métro, le supermarché, les transports à proximité et le calme du quartier, l'appartement est beau et fonctionnel .

afin de vous aider je vais vous dire ce qui pourrait être amélioré, un numéro sur le boîtier à ouvrir pour récupérer la clé, mettre une quantité suffisante d'assiettes, de verres et de couverts (5 verres de différents types c'est peu etc...), enlever le lit cassé dans la grande chambre, revoir les robinets de la douche dont un nous a empêché de dormir à cause de son sifflement continu, mettre une notice pour indiquer comment fonctionne la tv, préciser qu'il y a une salle d'eau et une salle de bain, sinon cela c'est bien passé et nous avons apprécié notre séjour en Angleterre.
