Luxury Apartments in Westminster

Location was excellent. Overall the apartment is pretty good. Just a couple of things to improve on

Needed bigger and more bath towels / face cloths / kitchen towels. The beds were uncomfortable. Lights switches were tough to figure out and very annoying.

Location was excellent close to restaurants, shops & cafes.

The beds were dreadful & low and ours was leaning to one side, had to put a blanket under the mattress to make it even. The light switches were totally rediculous with no way of knowing how to use them plus some were broken. To get the code for entry we had to walk down the road a couple of buildings to find a blue bike that was actually purple & locate a lock box. After finally realising where we had to walk we found the purple bike & got our key out. After that entry was straight forward. One blind in the kitchen was broken which we had to fix before we could wind it up.

The location is exceptional, close to the tourist triangle of Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and Horse Guards. An easy walk to all. There were 4 pubs, cafe and supermarket within a two block radius. The apartment was mostly comfortable for bedding and bathrooms, but the heat was uncomfortable. The community ovation from the Property Manager was great, always in easy contact.

I am from Brisbane Australia, I am accustomed to hot temperatures. But the heat in this apartment was uncomfortable even for us. There is no air conditioning. We tried opening every window which provided a little relief.

Excellent location, good value for money.

Incredibly hot in the warm weather. Dishwasher was full and dirty on arrival and smelled very badly throughout the trip, we had to hand wash (other peoples) used dishes
