The location was excellent. The flat was clean, private and comfortable. Staff were polite and communicative.
Not a huge deal, but didn’t realise TV was only a basic package - thought it had an options for connecting to digital packages.

Loved looking out at the Thames and transit was so easy and right there.
Our key fabs did not work for a couple of days requiring buzzing the concierge to enter the building. There was no parking and the location makes it difficult for drivers. The TV used an antenna that didn't always work. We were only provided 2 dishwasher pods.
