Convenient location, free parking, perfect for a short stay.

The appartment has a very good location, very close to the main street. There is a free parking space right in front of the property which was very convenient. We didn't have a nice weather during the stay, but if we would have then there is a seating area outside to enjoy the evening. The location is very quiet, in the yard, away from the street. Restaurants and the main sights of the city is within a walking distance.

The room is not very light, the bathroom could have been a little more cleaner.

Exceptional

The apartment is clean, quite, well-equipped and comfortable. The mattress and bed linen are very comfortable! Tea and coffee (capsule) are provided as well. Wifi is stable and good. Last but not least, the owners are very friendly and helpful, they showed us around the apartment and ensured everything was okay for us. They also provided us lots of information about Arad and Romania :) Recommend!

Though the apartment is a bit far away from the main train station (about 20-25 mins by walk), there is a tram station to access the city around. Probably it is not a problem for the guest who get a car.

Un sejur linistit, de weekend, asa cum mi-am dorit.

Proprietatea se afla intr-o zona foarte linistita, pe o strada putin circulata, dar la numai cateva minute de centru. In apropiere se gasesc cam toate punctele de interes ale orasului, magazine , restaurante fast-food-uri, etc. Camera este spatioasa si primitoare. Am avut la dispozitie tot ceea ce am avut nevoie. Am gasit Bomboane , ceai si cafea, ceea ce m-a bucurat. Nu este de neglijat nici veranda din fata casutei. Pe timp de vara cred ca este o minune. Un punct forte il constituie faptul ca are un loc de parcare in curte. Cu siguranta voi alege aceeasi gazda atunci cand voi mai veni la Arad.

Super bine pozitionata, usor de ajuns si de parcat in curte, chiar in fata casutei,conform instructiunilor. Foarte curat totul, spatos si frumos mobilat. Gasesti de toate si la buc si la baie, patul foarte comfortabil Se ajunge repede in centru, cam 5 min mers lejer. Cu toate acestea, e foarte liniste si odihnitor. Din pacate am stat doar 1 noapte, dar sigur vom reveni.

Foarte frumos sincer, ne-a plăcut mult atât orașul cât și cazarea.

Totul a fost foarte accesibil, simplu și curat, cu un aranjament atent și de bun gust care te face să te simți imediat binevenit. Atmosfera generală a fost genială, completată perfect de prezența aerului condiționat care a adus un confort în plus. Se vede clar că s-a pus suflet în amenajarea proprietății, iar fiecare detaliu a contribuit la o experiență extrem de plăcută.

Ar fi fost utilă hota și aerisire directă la baie.

Vom reveni cu plăcere

Comunicarea cu gazda. Curățenie, amplasarea în imediata apropiere de centrul orașului, atmosfera plăcută și liniștită, asigurarea cu tot ce-ți trebuie in bucătărie, confortul și dimensiunile patului dublu, șifonierul spațios cu o sumedenie de umerașe, la fel și comoda. Încălzirea și apă caldă, frigider încăpător. Televizorul cu acces la internet, Netflix etc.

Sugestie: ar fi utilă o lampă/veioză pe noptieră.

dupa cum spuneau si antevorbitorii,este foarte liniste inșocuintă. De esemenea este cald,si sunt conditii de a face mancarea proprie daca nu vrei sa iesi in oras
