Geen wifi, verhuurder gevraagd dit te verhelpen maar kreeg geen reactie laat staan dat het verholpen is.

Die Lage war super gut und die Wohnung schön eingerichtet
Das Internet dort war leider nicht gut da es immer wieder ausgefallen ist

Die komunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierten problemlos. Die Lage ist gut zwischen 3 verschiedenen Öffi Haltestellen. Balkon mit sonnigen Abendblick in den Hinterhof.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 Stock ohne Lift. Die Nichtraucher Wohnung begrüßte uns mit Zigarettenstummel im Aschenbecher am Balkon. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Das Bett im großen Zimmer bitte gleich dazu. Der Hygiene Zustand verschiedener Gegenstände ist ausbaufähig.

Die Lage im Szene-Viertel Plagwitz und die gute Verkehrsanbindung. Schlüsselübergabe durch Safe unkompliziert. Die Fewo hat einen Balkon.
Die Wohnung wird bei booking.com mit 3 Schlafzimmern angeboten. Da wir zu fünft unterwegs waren, erschien uns das als gute Lösung.De facto sind es zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Bett. Dieser Raum ist zugleich der einzige, der als Esszimmer für die ganze Gruppe geeignet war. Aus den Fotos war dies nicht ersichtlich. Viele der Möbel sind kaputt, in einer Schublade fanden sich Restbestände früherer Vermietungen und die Wohnung war nicht sorgfältig geputzt. Das WLAN ist schwach und fiel zeitweise ganz aus.
