Ein modernes Mehrfamiliengebäude nahe an Fuß- und Fahrradwegen, die Nähe zum Park, fußläufig zum famillienfreundlichen Freibad und vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, sowie die Tram für den Weg ins Zentrum, aber auch an den schönen Badesee waren super! Die persönliche telefonische Beratung/Betreuung der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfreich.
Eigentlich hat uns Erwachsenen und Kindern alles so gut gepasst für unsere Familien-Sommerferienwoche in Leipzig, dass uns hier gar nix einfällt.

Zeer mooi afgewerkt en luxe interieur, fijn balkon. Prima bedden, uitstekend ingerichte keuken en badkamer. Alles zag er gloednieuw uit. Ver van het centrum, maar prima per openbaar vervoer bereikbaar.
De buurt is wat saai, maar daardoor is het wel een hele rustig appartement. We hebben alleen elektronisch contact gehad. Prima voor een stel, met een of twee (kleine) kinderen, een persoon of twee prive personen Niet zo geschikt voor een groep.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und komfortabel. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, sodass wir mobil waren. Mit dem Fahrrad fährt man ca. eine halbe Stunde in die Innenstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Eigentlich hat uns alles gefallen. Allenfalls ein Frottee-Vorleger vor der Dusche wäre schön.
