Die Lage zur Messe! Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich!
Reste in der Küchenspüle, Essensreste und offene Verpackungen, Milchtüten im Kühlschrank!

Gut für Gruppen, mehrere Schlafzimmer, Unterkunft selbst sauber. Außerhalb des Trubels gelegen aber gute Anbindung an Öffis und in Summe gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Geschirr und Küchenutensilien größtenteils dreckig (liegt wohl an Vormieter), Kühlschrank und Herd dreckig (liegt nur bedingt an Vormieter), nicht ausreichend Tassen, große Töpfe nicht ausreichend, andere Ausstattung reicht tw. max. für eine gemeinsame Mahlzeit in der Gruppe. Dachterasse renovierungsbedürftig
