Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Apartment in einer sehr günstigen Lage für meinen Besuch in der Uniklinik!
Die Sauberkeit passte nicht zum ganzen Rest. Leider was verstaubt und das Geschirr nicht sehr sauber.

Tolles Apartment mit Stuckdecke und man hat sich Gedanken gemacht, das toll einzurichten. Lage ist super und der Altbau ist äußerst charmant. Zentrale Lage. Kein Lärm von anderen Hausbewohnern. Wirklich eine eigentlich schöne Sache, um im herzen von Leipzig zu sein. ABER…
…schmuddelig und abgerockt. Es gibt viele „Dreckecken“, das Apartment müsste grundgereinigt werden. Daneben sollten grundlegende Instandhaltungsarbeiten verrichtet werden, die im Laufe der Zeit fällig sind. Gereinigt wird offenbar das Nötigste. Im Geschirrspüler noch Gegenstände des Vorgängers. Staub, Haare, Krümel, Flecken. Etwas nervig (aber tragbar, wenn der Rest stimmig wäre), ist die Schlüsselübergabe in einem Café - schwierige Parksituation bei Anreise mit Auto.
