Ich habe in Leipzig nahe meines Einsatzortes eine Unterkunft mit Parkmöglichkeit gesucht. Hier war Modern & cozy Rooms Leipzig-Gohlis perfekt. Sollte ich wieder nach Leipzig kommen, werde ich sicher wieder bei Modern & cozy Rooms Leipzig-Gohlis übernachten. Ich habe den Vermieter nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber der Kontakt per Mail war angenehm und zielführend. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich komme gern wieder. Das Gebäude ist ein altes Bürgerhaus mit dicken Wänden, so dass die Hitze aushaltbar war. Dann gab es noch einen Kühlschrank für meine Getränke, ringsum perfekt.
Da gab es nichts.

Codeschloss, somit 24/7 Anreise
Gemeinschafts-Dusche war ausserhalb vom Bad, daher stand ich gleich im Flur. Dann wollte ich noch Zähneputzen , aber Bd war dann 20min belegt...

- cheep price
- good location
- nice pictures inside the room, good design
- very clean
- friendly personel
- convenient bathroom and kitchen (shared)
- good transport instructions
- parking at the venue was working (because the door was not working and despite it was marked as "has parking")
- the door was closed, despite the instruction (but solved with the stuff by phone from the second attempt)
- the key from the inner room was not convenient, it took me 5 minutes to close the door before i got used to it, owner should change the locks and keys
- i heard everything what my neithbours were talking about loud at 6.00
- was listening for trams till 24.00
- toilet paper was almost done
