Stylish and well located apartment near Belvedere

Clean and spacious, easy to find and very responsive owner.

Die Lage der FeWo ist gut; man ist mit Öffis schnell im Zentrum von Wien. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell; sie war sauber und, bis auf die Küche, ordentlich ausgestattet, auch wenn einige Möbel nicht mehr ganz neu waren. Die Betten waren komfortabel. Es gab zwei gute Ventilatoren, die bei den heißen Temperaturen während unseres Wien-Besuchs sehr nützlich waren. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine.

Schwach war (im Juli 2026) die Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr, Gläsern und Pfannen: es gab keine Pfanne, keine Biergläser, keine Weingläser (bis auf ein kaputtes), wenige andere Gläser, einige Tassen und Schüsseln hatten auch Macken. Wir vermuten, dass der Eigentümer nicht häufig selbst in die Wohnung kommt, sondern sich auf sein Personal verlässt. Die Wohnung ist gut möbliert, aber viele Möbel sind schon älteren Datums. Die Plissees in einem Schlafzimmer funktionieren nicht mehr. Mitbringen, weil nicht vorhanden, muss man Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmaschinentabs, Teekanne (falls Teetrinker), Kaffeekanne oder Tchibo-Kaffeetabs, sowie zusätzlichers Toilettenpapier.

The laundry machine and coffee maker did not seem to work well.

Location is good. Lots of space in the apartment with big bedrooms and living area. Check in was easy and you step straight into the living room from the roadside. Easy connectivity to explore the city from nearby trams and trains.

On arrival the 2nd bedroom was not made and no bedding provided. This meant the first night we had to sleep with no bedding other than a bedsheet in the 2nd room. We reported this on arrival and further bedding appeared while we were out the next day. The kitchen is very bare, 1 wine glass, not enough plates for a meal. It would.be very difficult to cook and eat a meal for everyone with what is provided. The plastic buttons on the washing machine are broken and the furniture has lots of signs of wear and tear. Overall the place felt very clean and was comfortable but all the furniture was tired and any additional comforts were missing, it has a feeling of taking the money but for rental but spending only time cleaning the apartment with no further upkeep.
