La villa esta muy bien equipada y es amplia. La piscina privada le da mucho valor ya que puedes disfrutar de la Villa con mucha privacidad. No tiene parking pero se puede aparcar en la zona sin problema.
No tiene toldo exterior y a la mañana, desayunar en la terraza, resulta un poco incómodo porque pega mucho el sol de frente. Y el río cercano a la villa desprende un olor muy desagradable y es muy notorio desde la villa, aunque es verdad que no es continuo y durante el día y en la parte superior es menos intenso, pero por las noches se agudiza.
