Villa Azucena is a beautiful modern villa rental in Menorca with private pool located just a few minutes from the magnificent beach of Cala Galdana.
The villa for rent stands out for its spaciousness, comfort and its situation in the urbanization of Cala Galdana, one of the most prestigious in Menorca.
Villa Azucena is an exclusive villa for rent consisting of four double bedrooms, four bathrooms, toilet, kitchen, living room, barbecue, garage and laundry. The house is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility or with disabilities.
Villa Azucena is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. Just next door there is a full bathroom with shower and it is adapted for people with reduced mobility. On this same floor there is also a large and bright living room with two comfortable sofas and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchenware. It also has an extendible table with chairs to enjoy family meals.
On the first floor there are the other three double bedrooms en suite. The master bedroom is composed of a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a family bathroom, equipped with bathtub and hair dryer. The other two double rooms are featured with two single beds. Each double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms located on this floor have access to the balcony which overlooks the beach of Cala Galdana and the pool of the Villa.
The outdoor area of the house consists of a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers for all guests, an area to enjoy outdoor meals with an outdoor table and chairs and a barbecue area. It also has a toilet located near the pool.
This villa for rent in Menorca has a garage, a laundry room that features; washing machine, iron and ironing board and a clothes line. The villa is also equipped with safe, WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms and in the lounge, heating and satellite TV.
All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels on weekdays is provided and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.

HOW TO COME TO THE VILLA
From Mahon (35min):
1. Take General Road (Me-1) direction Ferreries, reaching this population and after a short tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)
2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana, where usually is the meeting point with the host.
3. Take the second exit (Travessia Cala Galdana).
4. After about 250 meters turn left where the entrance of Casa Playa is.
From Ciutadella (25min):
1. Take General Road (ME-1) direction Ferreries, reaching this city you will find a roundabout. There you have to take the second exit, direction Cala Galdana (ME-22)
2. Follow the same previous instructions 2,3 and 4.

Amazing Villa few stepa away from Cala Galdana. The location is at the end of the street and very nice and calm. There are Villas around this one, so one can expect a bit of noise from the neighbours, but otherwise this is a great location. The Villa is equipped with heating/aircon on every room. The kitchen and BBQ are fully equipped and everything is nice and clean. Pool is superb. Overall an amazing stay.

Villa was lovely. Very clean. Great bedrooms. Lovely pool area. Great location. Very well equipped villa. Fabulous views. Great ensuite bedrooms. Very helpful staff and fabulous communication. Loved our stay. Everything was dealt with professionally. Definitely recommend staying. Will return.
Better mattresses would be great on all beds. Downstairs shower leaked water everywhere when used this needs looking at. Patio doors in green bedroom let in rain water/ condensation. Fridge had shelf missing. Oven shelf loose so wasn't adjustable. Larger toaster to do four slices. Small things which would help but our stay was amazing.

The pool is deep for small children. A safety fence would make it better for families with small children.
