Com a punts positius, tota la casa disposa d’aire condicionat i, a més, cada habitació té el seu propi aparell d’aire. També cal destacar que cada habitació té el seu propi lavabo i que la zona exterior és còmoda, amb piscina privada, un petit jardí, barbacoa i aparcament.
Com a aspectes a millorar, entra massa llum per les finestres, especialment a l’habitació del soterrani, ja que la finestra no té porticons. També vam trobar a faltar bastants estris de cuina, la piscina tenia massa clor, ho haurien d’ajustar… i només ens van facilitar un joc de claus per a 8 persones, cosa que resulta poc pràctica.
