Location is perfect to visit a lot of attractions including KL Tower. Walking distance to interesting eateries like Poblanco, Bottega, Pampas etc
Pillow is too thick for me. Limited lifts causes long wait at check out time.

Good location near the food market. Lovely facilities with the pool and the rooms were very big and nice shower. Very good price for the place.
Staff could have been more friendlier upon arrival.

The hotel had uncourteous attitudes, such as charging you for storing your suitcases, or charging you for early check-in if they have the room available. In addition, there were no towels available in the pool. Bad breakfast
