The vacation rental can be booked with an additional bedroom, bringing the total size to 80 square meters. The vacation rental without a second bedroom is approximately 55 square meters.

You enter this self-contained, non-smoking apartment through a small entryway with a shoe rack and coat rack. To the left is a 17-square-meter double bedroom with a shower and toilet. You continue on to the bright Miele kitchen, fully equipped with an electric stove, fridge-freezer, and sink. From the kitchen, turn left into the 16-square-meter living-dining room, which features a box-spring sofa bed that sleeps two additional guests, a dining area for seven people, satellite TV, and digital radio. You can also access the 17-square-meter double bedroom from here. From all rooms, you can step out onto the south- or east-facing balcony.
Children ages 6–15 stay on the sleeper sofa for €15 per night.



You’ll be staying in the historic center of Saulgrub, in a quiet location, in the oldest still-inhabited house in Saulgrub. The completely renovated farmhouse-style home exudes peace and comfort. You can park right next to the house and access the vacation apartments through a separate entrance. In the garden, you’ll find a summer cottage with an outdoor seating area and barbecue facilities. For relaxation, wooden lounge chairs with cushions are available on our lawn. This child- and family-friendly house features a small playground with a swing and sandbox. A ping-pong table is available for fitness and fun. Small pets to pet bring the children a lot of joy.



On-site costs: free parking and Wi-Fi. Laundry service: Upon request, we’ll wash your laundry for a fee. Starting at 01.03.2026 plus a €1.50 visitor’s tax per person, per day, for guests 16 years and older.
