The chalet is located on the outskirts of Murnau, in the quiet Westried neighborhood, right next to the nature reserve and the famous Moos Loop Trail, with views of the majestic Ester Mountains.
Originally built in the late 1980s as a unique, eco-friendly log cabin, the chalet was lovingly renovated and redesigned in 2025.
Every room in the chalet has been carefully curated to create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. Traditionally, chalets are built of wood—which is why wood takes center stage in the interior design. Natural colors, soft textiles, and select furnishings are combined with carefully chosen works of art and pops of color. This lends the interior a modern touch while remaining true to the chalet’s roots. Shades of blue and green dominate the design, allowing the changing colors of the Ester Mountains to shine through the windows.
The stylish and spacious vacation apartment, measuring approximately 80 m², features two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a separate toilet. The highlight is the apartment’s private sauna, which invites you to enjoy relaxing wellness moments—your very own personal retreat. The bedroom and living area open directly onto the garden and offer a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery—all the way to the majestic Estergebirge Mountains and the picturesque Hörnle.
