During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Communication with Vacasa was helpful. They were good at sending text & emails regarding arrival & departure. One issue was condo was not cleaned when we arrived. The cleaning service said they were never notified that someone was coming to stay in the condo. They came promptly to clean & apologized for the inconvenience.
