Sugartop Resort is the premier destination spot when visiting the High Country. Located in the Village of Sugar Mountain, N.C., the resort is a ten-story high-rise condominium complex. The long-range views are without question the best in the region for your sunsets with your favorite beverages. The resort is adjacent to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, the premier winter sports venue in the South East, as well as a challenging 18-hole championship Golf Course just minutes away in the Village of Sugar Mountain. The iconic Grandfather Mountain welcomes the sunrise each morning. The views from our balcony are breathtaking!!

We loved our stay! It was perferct for a quick ski weekend with friends. We would defintely book here again. Check in was easy. Check out was a little more hetic.
If you come on a weekend (Sunday) plan ahead for everyone to check out around the same time. It was crowed as there are only 5 spaces to load your car during checkout. You are kinda at the mercy of those who are in front of you. However, that isn't a problem that was had with the owner of the unit.
The location was amazing. The view was incredible. Loved having some place close to go to after a long day of ski.
