About this apartment rental
This 1st floor 2 bed 2 bath condo at Regatta Condominiums is only a 3 block walk to the heart of Gulf Shores where you can enjoy plenty of shops, food, and entertainment. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and private bathroom while the guest bedroom allows the sleeping of 4 with a queen and twin bunk. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator so dining in is always an option. The deck's large chairs and table provide plenty of comfort to enjoy the sounds of the Gulf and because of the unit's location in the building, this patio is shaded for most of the day.
Also, please be mindful of our Leave Nothing But Footprints program. The island is our home, its white sand beaches and the warm Gulf of Mexico- our livelihood. Join us in continuing sustainable travel practices and protecting the beaches, marine life and wildlife by removing beach gear no later than one hour after sunset each day. *Please note - beach items are not provided* - The beach chair rental company is Ike's Beach Service. Guests are responsible for beach towels. The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens.

Kitchen Items Included - A starter set of trash bags(2), dish soap, dish detergent(1 use), laundry detergent(1 use), papers towels(1 roll)

Starfish Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy:
Every cancellation is subject to a $175 Cancellation Fee.
Cancel outside of 30 days of arrival: guest will receive 100% refund of funds paid to SVR minus $175
Cancel within 30 days of arrival: guest will forfeit 50% of SVR reservation total plus $175
Cancel within 14 days: guest will forfeit 100%

$69 non refundable damage policy. The policy insures up to $1,500 in damages.

I stayed here with my wife and two teenage daughters. While the condo may only have a peekaboo view of the ocean, due to its location in the building, it has the shortest walk to the beach of any condo in the complex. And the beach is absolutely amazing! We also loved the pool in the condo complex -- it was heated to a great temp that allowed for relaxing swims after dark (it's open until 10pm).This VRBO puts you within walking distance of "The Hangout" and other restaurants/shops. There is a small "snack stand" just across the street where you can buy snowcones, boiled peanuts, nachos and other food items.Condo itself has a good sized kitchen with updated appliances. TV in living room has a Roku for logging into your streaming services (there are also TV's in the bedrooms but we didn't use them).Beds were comfortable, showers were great, and we always had plenty of hot water for our family of four. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms.There is no longer a dining table (as pictured in the listing at the time of our booking) but there is bar seating for 5. And there is an additional table and chairs on the balcony (though different than the one pictured in the listing).We would definitely rent this unit again... both for the condo itself AND for the great beach town of Gulf Shores!

We stayed a week at this condo in June, and it needs some updates—old furniture and linens. The dryer didn't work. My bank flagged my payment as fraud, and the property manager threatened to call the police on me. I reassured them it was my bank, and they would be paid. They did receive full payment, and no apology was made. Very rude!
