This attractive two bedroom and two bathroom condo, is close to many places you will want to explore during your beach vacation. A couch and a recliner are in the living area, along with a wall-mounted flat screen television and a DVD and a VCR player. The kitchen is equipped to handle all of your cooking needs, and two stools are in front of the dining counter, while close by is a dining table with four metal chairs. You will want to spend time on the balcony and two chairs let you sit down to enjoy the amazing scenery. Your master bedroom suite contains a king-size bed, a coil-base rattan chair, a flat screen television mounted on a wall, and a bathroom with a sink, vanity counter, and a combined bathtub and shower. The guest bedroom features two twin-size beds, a wall-mounted flat screen television, and a bathroom identical to the one in the en suite.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Renting the property was quick and easy. The only problem was our rental was not ready past check-in. Overall everything was good

It was our first time to Gulf Shores, the location of the condo was wonderful, great beach view and easy access to the beach. Condo needs some upgrades, but overall was a clean and nice. In the master bedroom the tv didn't always work and the cable was a tripping hazard, but I let the company a message and hopefully it will be fixed for the next vacationers. We looked at a lot of properties before our stay and for the price this was a nice choice. Would stay here again.

The room needed more than just paint for an update. The ceiling was peeling pain, the furniture was Absolutely filthy. The couch was broken down in the center and the other two chairs look like they have never been cleaned. The cabinets appeared to be made of pressed wood and falling apart. My car, that still has new tags, was Sideswiped in the parking lot. When asked for security footage to be reviewed we were told that there were none for that side of the parking lot, despite several signs saying there was. Next time we went out we parked in the East parking lot and received a ticket for parking there. There were no spots on the Westside nor were there security cameras. Parking lot is also very dark. Not to mention when we checked in there were no signs directing us to where the office was. The Westside of the condo was under construction and several people were milling around trying to find where to check in. I will say however, the bed was very comfortable But that is about all I can say for the condo itself. We have been to this area several years in a row and will make sure that we never rent in room in this condo in the future.Staff was very friendly once we found her to check in but other than that were unhelpful with any thing concerning the incident in the parking lot. Very very disappointed
