IT has a smart TV ON THE WALL IN LIVING ROOM AND HD TVs in BOTH BEDROOMS. FULL size Speed Queen WASHER & DRYER IN THE UNIT.

There is a one time fee for entire stay for parking passes for this building. They are $50.00 each. Limit two parking passes for two bedroom units.

Condo was in a great location, walkable to the Hangout and lots of restaurants and shopping. We even walked to the grocery store at Pier 33. Our 1 year old enjoyed the highchair for breakfast and all of the pool and beach toys in the kids’ closet!! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. There were no beach towels - so bring yours or buy some across the street. The workout room was nice to use. Overall, we had a perfect, relaxing and easy trip to the beach! We can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful condo for a group of 4. All the convenience of home but with an exquisite view!! Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay!!! The condo was exactly as described. Very clean! Faced the ocean with beautiful big sliding doors so that you could enjoy the view inside. Fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable furniture with plenty of seating in the living room. The decor was so cute and beachy. You can walk to restaurants and ice cream parlors plus of course the beach is right there. Big pool with plenty of chairs.

Had to pay $50 for parking pass. The plates, silverware were dirty, had to wash anything we used. The cookware was in bad shape. Wouldn’t sit level on stovetop, and even with spraying the pans the food stuck. There were other signs of wear and tear. The owner Doris was nice but the unit and things inside need updating.
