Enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from your private balcony at this Gulf Front Condominium, Southern Sandsj unit 204. Tastefully decorated unit directly faces the Gulf, Beach and overlooks the Pool. This condo is truly ON the beach with a fantastic view of the gulf and beach from the balcony or from a comfy chair in the den. See pictures in our listing of our awesome view!
This two bedroom, two bath unit sleeps seven with a comfortable King bed in the master bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. All mattresses are new! The den has 2 reclining sofas and a comfy recliner with the best view of the ocean and a queen size inflatable bed for additional sleeping needs. We have wireless internet access in our condominum and we are located only 1/4 mile to the west on Beach Blvd and we are so close to the center of town(Highway 59)….with shopping and many restaurants within walking distance. LVP in bedrooms and beautiful ceramic tile flooring in kitchen, den and baths. Flat screen tvs in den and bedrooms. Den has 49" smart tv.
Enjoy covered and outdoor parking for your vehicle (2 vehicle limit) at this 2nd floor condo. Your reservation will include one parking permit with a 2nd permit available for purchase if you are bringing 2 vehicles. Private, covered deck overlooks the beach, gulf front pool and Gulf of Mexico. This is a very low density complex with 18 total units. Centrally located elevator makes this condo very accessible and it’s a short, quick walk to our pool, the beach and the gulf!!
You will find a common area downstairs with 2 charcoal grills for outdoor grilling. Beach chairs & umbrellas are available for rent on the Beach during the summer season. We are a smoke-free complex, we don’t allow smoking inside the condo or on the balcony. We do have a covered designated smoking area downstairs. We welcome SNOWBIRDS!

This beachfront condo was exactly what we were hoping for. The listing was completely accurate, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free from the start. The space itself was cozy, comfortable, and very clean—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Waking up to the beach view each morning was such a highlight.One of the things we loved most was the location. Being right on the beach made everything so convenient, and the smaller building gave it a quieter, more private feel compared to larger, crowded complexes. It felt like a peaceful little getaway while still being close to everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great condo in a perfect location. Our week stay was absolutely perfect. The parking, condo, beach and pool was as described by Sheryl. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon!
