Brand new listing! Newly renovated property located on King Street in the center of it all. This listing is for Suite B2.
The Space
Suite B2 is appointed with high-end furniture including premium plush bedding, hybrid mattress, and a 55" smart TV. The kitchenette includes quartzite countertops, sink, compact size refrigerator, microwave, two burner induction hot plate, Keurig coffee maker, essentials for light cooking, and service for 2. The full bathroom features a walk-in tiled shower with a 12" rainfall shower. The closet includes an organization system suited for long-term guests.
In addition to the kitchenette, guests also have access to the fully equipped shared kitchen if and when they choose to use this space. The onsite shared W/D is located at the end of the common hallway.
Guest Access
Off-street parking spaces are available for an additional charge. However, free on-street parking is also readily available on King Street and the nearest cross street.
It is highly recommended that vehicles be economy sized as the driveway and parking spaces are tight.
Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the City.

I took a solo trip to Charleston for the month of July and stayed at Jason’s beautiful home. The location couldn’t be better. I was able to walk down king during the day to explore, go to lunch, or even at night when I wanted to go out. I saved so much money on Ubers not having to drive. Every beach is 20 minutes away tops. You have the beautiful Hampton Park right around the corner which you can walk to as well. Leon’s is right across the street which is an amazing restaurant and voted one of the best in Charleston ! Jason was very accommodating to me because I asked to extend my stay last minute and he helped to make that happen for me ! I am so happy and pleased with my stay and I had the best trip! There is no lounge area in the home it is just the room so if it is just you and your spouse the room may feel small. But, then again that may not be an issue to some! But I think it’s perfect for a solo traveler. Don’t hesitate!
