9 day stay. Authentic rear house on a classic 'side porch" Charleston home. Very private. Great communication with host. Convenient neighborhood.
Place could have been a little cleaner and mattress a bit more comfortable. But all-in-all we had a wonderful stay!

Location is really good. The roof started leaking along the brick wall during a heavy rain, other then that a great stay.

Had a great time staying here for a long weekend with my girlfriend. The unit is updated and well maintained and had everything we needed. There is only one small love seat, so if you have more than 2 people or are looking for a place to spend a significant amount of time it may not be ideal, but if you’re like us and are planing to spend most of your time exploring the city, it’s perfect. The location was great. Close enough for us to walk to just about everything. The south half of King street is a 30+ minute walk, so it’s doable. But even if your not up to that it’s only a 10 minute Uber ride away. The outdoor space is really nice. We didn’t get to take advantage too much as we didn’t spend much of our time at the rental but if we had more time it would have been great.
