Summary:
Perfect for traveling professionals! This light-filled second-floor apartment is available for 30-night minimum rentals. This studio is a private hideaway, tucked away from the main street. You must go up a spiral staircase to access the entry (see photos). There is a spacious patio with a table for two where you can sit and enjoy your privacy.

This studio is a private hideaway tucked away from the main street. You must go up a narrow spiral staircase to access the entry (see photos). There is also a patio for you to enjoy your privacy.
Once inside, you will find the living area, small kitchenette, a two top table for eating, and private petite wet-room en suite bathroom. The kitchenette includes a mini size fridge, toaster oven, microwave, dinnerware, basic cooks tools, and a stove top with two burners. There is no traditional oven or dishwasher.
There is a ladder like staircase up to the "sleeping loft" where we have a Casper Queen size mattress. The staircase and sleeping loft are included in the listing photos. There is 1 off-street parking space included.

This is a private rental and guests have access to the entire space.

The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Island Provisions before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just one short block from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chez Nous, Chubby Fish, Bistronomy by Nico, and Vern's. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!
Getting Around:
Charleston is a walking city! Uber is widely available. If guests do have a car, we provide ONE (1) off-street parking space. We suggest to bring an economy size vehicle to help with getting around Charleston's narrow downtown streets.
Other Things to Note:
• Please note our strict cancellation policy
• Streaming device provided as opposed to standard cable
• Please be considerate of our surrounding neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM
• 1 off-street parking space provided at no additional cost
• No Smoking

The location is ideal!

We were very happy with this rental. We were able to walk to wherever we wanted to go. the property was clean, quiet, well stocked, and nicely furnished. The little balcony was private and perfect for morning coffee, an evening glass of wine or relaxing with a book. We fell in love with everything about Charleston, this property included!

My wife and I recently enjoyed our stay in this loft. Quaint, small, charming can all be used to describe this location. It's just off the beaten path of busy King Street and a leisurely stroll from historic Charleston sites. For two people, it's perfect.
