The building was completely renovated and showcases modern design & decor. There is one private off-street parking space included at no additional cost. Park your car and walk everywhere. The studio features a Queen size bed, cozy sitting area, and a quiet workspace. The en-suite bathroom features a large tiled shower. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, two burner cooktop, and kitchen essentials for light cooking. Note that all 4 units have their own private entrance with keypad locks.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to their private apartment and shared back patio.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in one of the most vibrant downtown Charleston neighborhoods. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. You'll have a wide selection of walkable coffee shops and restaurant options. A few of our favorites include Daps Breakfast & Imbibe (0.2 mile), Chasing Sage (0.4 mile), and Little Line Kitchen & Provisions (0.2 mile). For our traveling medical professionals, MUSC is a quick 10 minute walk. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!

One off-street parking space is provided if guests have a vehicle. If not, Uber & Lyft are readily available in the area. Your best bet is to park your car, and walk, bike, or take an Uber or Lyft (5 minute ride to anywhere else downtown).

We had a most enjoyable stay from Jan 4 to Mar 4. If we had a problem the managers were right there to fix whatever the problem. It was a small space, but it was well planned out. On the negative side the bathroom left a lot to be desired. There was no door or curtain for the shower, so no matter how hard you tried the bathroom floor always got wet. There were no towel bars, only 1 hook to hold the towels. We purchased 2 others and put them next to the one that was there.The kitchen area was very compact but efficient. The walls were thin so you could hear your neighbors and obviously they could hear you.Overall we had a fabulous time exploring Charleston, and the apartment was close to most things we wanted to do. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay!!
