About this house rental
Centenary house, completely renovated, located in the heart of three exceptional sites: Sarlat-la canéda; Montignac-Lascaux and Les Eyzies. This old Périgourdine farm, surrounded by a garden, will bring you calm and serenity. Our relaxation area with swimming pool, built in the middle of the ruins of an old barn, will offer you, the time of a parenthesis, a moment both peaceful and friendly (the swimming pool is open from 15th of June to 15th of September).
The Montazel house offers an enclosed garden in front of the house.
You have outside, a swimming pool (15th June - 15th September), a ping-pong table as well as a trampoline for the children.
You also have a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
The interior of the accommodation includes, on the ground floor, a living room with sofa and fireplace, a kitchen with bar and table football, a dining room, a bathroom and a toilet.
Upstairs, you have 5 bedrooms (including one with bathroom) that can accommodate up to 8 people maximum.
There are also toilets upstairs.
