The Cocoonr agency propose to you with the hiring, in Nantes, this charming apartment of a surface of 47 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a pretty living room of 26 m ², equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with shower).
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 26 m² with TV, wifi
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort : washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Nantes, on one of the most popular streets in Nantes, the rue Crebillon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park close to the Graslin parking lot (covered parking less than 5 minutes away on foot).
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nantes train station at only 3 streetcar stations (about 10 min)
- Airport at 30 min from the city center shuttle (every 20 minutes)
