Experience the breeze and the sounds of the Gulf from the balcony of this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium! Sterling Shores 906 has been completely renovated to offer a beachy but elegant vibe. Renovations included all new flooring, paint, furniture, furnishings, stainless steel appliances, cabinets and much more! Sterling Shores is a gated community with 2 pools (beach pool heated seasonally), a tiki bar and 400 feet of deeded beach access.
The living room is tastefully decorated and allows ample space for seating and enjoying the Gulf views or just to lay back and watch your favorite movie or sports on a large Smart TV. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped to cook your favorite family dinner or just to sit around the breakfast bar and enjoy a few laughs. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the main hallway next to the Kitchen.

The master bedroom offers a private master bathroom and closet. When you enter the master bedroom you will find all new furniture, a new queen-size mattress and a wall mounted Smart TV. The master bathroom has new: tile flooring, vanity, furnishings and large tiled shower. The guest bedroom contains one set of bunkbeds (full-size at the bottom and twin-size at the top), flat-screen TV, and private access to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has been beautifully renovated to include tiled flooring and walls, new cabinetry, new fixtures and a tub/shower combination.
Sterling Shores is a beautiful Resort located in a quiet but central location in Destin. This family-friendly resort with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico offers a 4,300 square foot lagoon-style pool with a mushroom spray fountain. Just a brief walk brings you to the private, gulf-front beach club and pool which is seasonally heated. At the property you can enjoy a 24-hour workout facility, BBQ grills, picnic area, and a 42-seat, surround-sound movie theatre! (Not in operation at this time).
The area surrounding Sterling Shores offers lots of entertainment for kids and adults as well. The building is located right off Restaurant Row where you can access great restaurants such as Ruth Chris Steak House and the world-famous Back Porch restaurant and beach bar. Other attractions located within walking distance of the building are: Henderson Beach State Park which offers family-friendly swimming, pavilions, nature trails, and playgrounds; The Track for hours of fun riding and racing go-karts, mini golf, arcade, bumper cars and more; Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park and more! Don’t forget to visit The Destin Harbor Boardwalk which boasts oyster bars, shopping boutiques, jet ski rentals, parasailing, scuba diving and snorkeling, and dolphin tours.

All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

All guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Another great vacation at Sterling Shores…loved the penthouse…could have been given gate codes so we could use the pool before official room check in time.

This was a great place to stay for a few nights. It's not huge, but it was big enough for 2 people, I woul say 3 would be the max unless 2 small children and 2 adults. The place was pretty newly renovated and the owner communicated well with us. There were a few things that could be improved: 1.) We only got 2 rolls of toilet paper - I think having a few more on hand would be nice for your customers 2.) Same with paper towels 3.) It would be nice to have some cold water bottles in the fridge for when people arrive and its HOT and they've been traveling all day 4.) A double sink would be ideal for a place this size - with single sinks it was hard to navigate with 3 adults. 5.) More towels/nicer towels! The towels were cheap and smelled funky so we had to wash them the first night and lastly 6.) the beds were HARD so if you do not sleep well on a HARD mattress you will be in pain - we were in pain every day and we're in our young 30's!
Overall this is almost a 5 star rating - if the additional towels that were nicer from target were available and if the mattresses were more comfortable it definitely would have been 5 stars but sleeping on vacation is a BIG deal so I gave 4 stars because of these reasons.
However, the owner was very nice and easy to work with and does a great job managing his properties! Highly recommend this location to friends and family!

The property was outstanding. Everything you need in one place. The view of the beach is beautiful. It was so nice to have my morning coffee on the spacious balcony. Everything in this condo is top notch…very well kept.
