Sterling Shores is currently undergoing a beautification project, which includes work on all balconies and walkways throughout the property. Renovations are taking place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We have blocked off units that are directly affected, but some guests may still experience occasional floor grinding noise and light dust as the work progresses.
Project Updates:
* Balconies ending in 01 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 19.
* Balconies ending in 02 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 14.
* Floors 2 and 3 are closed and scheduled to reopen by February 28.
* The penthouse (PH) floor is tentatively scheduled for resurfacing from November 26–December 4, 2026. Light construction noise and dust may be present during this time.
* Roof work is tentatively scheduled from April through July 2026. While no major disruptions are expected, the timeline may shift due to weather conditions.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing family vacation.The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking — we spent every morning enjoying coffee while watching the waves roll in. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning!

The place was very clean and relaxing. Good parking and had everything we need within the home. I would certainly go back. The pool was awesome and so close to the beach. Construction during our stay was the only downside but we worked through it

We loved everything here! Beautiful Decor, very clean, spacious, plenty room for family of six. Loved the walk in shower. 10/10 will definitely book this penthouse again!

The condo unit itself was very nice, the resort as a whole needs works. Elevators are broken, out of three only one was operating. Expect to spend the majority of your vacation waiting on an elevator or you hike up the stairs the penthouse. Even going down the stairs is a struggle when you have beach bags, toys, kids etc.
