The open-concept floor plan features a large living room with a sofa sleeper, two motion reclining chairs, and a large smart TV. A dedicated desk with a view is available for remote work.

Primary Suite 1: King bed, 55” smart TV, direct balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, separate shower, and a jetted tub.
Primary Suite 2: King bed, smart TV, wet bar, and a private balcony. Includes an attached room with custom twin-over-twin bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and jetted tub.
Bedroom 3: King bed, smart TV, and access to the third full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

As our guest, you will have private access to the entire condo unit. You will also have full access to the incredible resort amenities at Sterling Shores, including:
Private Beach Access: Direct access to the white sand beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf.
Two Resort Pools: A massive 4,300 sq. ft. lagoon-style pool with mushroom water fountains and a second heated, beachside pool at the private beach club.
Fitness Center: An on-site gym equipped with cardio machines and free weights.
Grilling & Picnic Area: A family barbecue area located by the main pool.
Free Parking: Complimentary parking is included with your stay.
Free Wi-Fi: High-speed internet is available throughout the property.

Utility room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Pac N Play provided.
Iron and ironing board.
Beach chairs, umbrella, and other beach gear available for your use.

Condo was clean and spacious. It had a great view with close access to the beach. The location is conveniently in walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed the Back Porch restaurant and the Candy Shop. We used both of the pools and the gym. We enjoyed our stay and hope thus condo is available next time we want to vacation in Destin.

My family stayed in this beautiful, spacious condo for Spring Break and enjoyed every minute! There were six of us, two of which were under 5 and there was plenty of room for us all to enjoy a comfortable stay. It is beautifully furnished, has a large washer and dryer, plenty of beach chairs and toys, and comfortable furniture and large TVs for lounging at night. I'd highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling with a group - it would easily fit two families! This was our third time staying in Sterling Shores and we just adore the property - everything is clean and easy to navigate. We will be back!!

We have stayed at Sterling shores for our family vacation the last 6 years. We can comfortably stay in one condo with 2 families and Nana with each family having their own space and bathroom! The beach area is sometimes busy but we can always find our own spot. We love eating at the back porch and having our own kitchen to cook in. This condo is one of the best furnished ones we have rented. There were plenty of water toys to use at the beach/pool in addition to enough seating on the patio. Thank you for another great vacation!

Great location! The apartment is very spacious and beautiful. Very well kept. Phenomenal location with great access to the private beach area. Great pool amenities. We had a great time and will definitely come back in the future. I highly recommend.
