Enjoy an elegant and central accommodation for max. 02 persons, a renovated studio apartment of 30sqm with large balcony terrace, on the 4th floor with elevator, in a modern & luxury residence, located at a short distance from Unesco, Invalides, Eiffel Tower and Tour Montparnasse. Residence with code entry security & video camera.
The unit has a small entrance with 3 cupboards / wardrobes, a bathroom (large shower) washbasin + WC.
In the main room, there are a comfortable convertible sofa for 02 people (160X200), a large table in marble with 4 chairs, TV with international channels, free WIFI. That room opens onto a large balcony terrace with small table & chairs.
A separate modern kitchen fully equipped with microwave, hob, washing-dryer, refrigerator, cooking tools, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker.
Linen are provided (cover-duvet, cover pillows, sheets)
Close to public transport : metro station : Duroc line 10 & 13

The location is a great studio apartment central to several sites and streets with great restaurants. Supermarket, bakery, and fruit stand within just a few minutes walk. Quiet and safe location for getting a good night’s rest.
Olivier, the owner was great and very kind. He met us on site to both give us the keys on the first day and pick up the keys on the last day.
The apartment has its own private bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry machine in the kitchen area. The sofa sleeper was actually quite comfortable.
Overall a great experience!

This property was exactly as described and more. Clean, newly renovated, and simply delightful. A short walk to market, bank, patisserie, outdoor market on certain days, fun restaurants and cafes. Such a fun Parisian experience.
