The recently remodeled condo was nice, but we had to kill 4 roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area.

Everything was perfect from parking to elevators, beach etc. Awesome Fireworks right on the beach on Friday in July!

The condo had roaches. There was one in the silverware drawer. The wind blew through both of the doors and caused a whistling sound the entire day and night. The doors need to be better weatherproofed. The building itself is very dated and needs to be updated. There are several maintenance issues with the building that need to be addressed. Doors that were broken and pavers around the pool that we’re sticking up causing a trip hazard. Overall, the entire building needs a facelift.
