Ground floor walkout condo on the beach. Located in Phoenix East II. 3 Bedrooms + Pull out queen couch, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 10)
This is a ground floor unit with large tiled wrap around patio that is steps to the zero-entry pool/ beach / grilling area / fenced kids splash zone . Professionally cleaned before each stay. Extra large capacity washer and dryer and wet bar with ice maker.
Free WiFi is included along with Dish Network satellite. All bedrooms and living room have smart televisions that are new as of July 2024.
This is a premium rated unit with many upgrades. It is much nicer than majority of premiums in the older buildings.
It is equipped with a Wet Bar and new under cabinet ice maker in the family room.
Updated counters and cabinets with stainless appliances and 10 foot ceilings unlike the older Phoenix units. The tubs are all cast iron, with no plastic inserts.
Unit was professionally decorated with updated upscale decor. Sleeps 8 in beds (3 queens and 1 king) comfortably, and 10 with sleeper sofa in the family room.
Wireless Internet and Satellite TV included.

This condo was perfect! Clean, spacious, and the perfect location. Being on the ground floor was amazing traveling with young kids and being able to walk right out to the pool and beach. Megan is an amazing host, very helpful and quick to respond. It will be hard to ever stay anywhere else.

Great for a family who does not want to go up and down on an elevator. It's pool level and close to the splash pad, pool and beach.

We had a wonderful experience. Great to have bottom floor, walk out to pool with the grandkids. Would prefer they had better Wi-Fi instead of the unprotected one.

The location and condo were nice. The property is relatively clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is a bit sticky mostly because you have to grip the doors and drawers to open them as they don’t have handles. There are adequate pans, plates ect. but bring your own kitchen towels and washing supplies as only one towel is provided.
Bring paper towels and cleaner for cleaning. Bring detergent as none is provided.
Be out before 10 - not at 10 or the housekeeper will get in your way and yell at your children while you are trying to leave.
This is an nice rental in a nice location but don’t expect any hospitality. Read the fine print carefully. Also, parking passes aren’t included in the rental but if you rent from the main property they are included.
