2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. (Limit 2).

This was my grandbabies first beach trip and my son asked his gf to marry him !!!! Best experience ever !!!

Appliances are not user friendly or very loud. Kids at pool made it hard to enjoy quiet time on balcony. Too many reminders about check out. Loved the condo. Loved everything else.

Loved the view and location.
TVs need to be upgraded in all rooms so that people can stream favorite shows and downs less time troubleshooting outdated TVs.
When weather is not great, this becomes more important and is the main reason I would not book here again.
