About this apartment rental
Would you enjoy a fantastic view of the Gulf, the beach, Perdido Pass. and some local wildlife? You get it at this bright and fully renovated two-bedroom condo where you can enjoy a great view of boats going in and out of the Pass, and from the 15th floor, you'll also get a close-up view of groups of pelicans as they glide by at eye's level. Quite often you'll spot dolphin playing and feeding in the Gulf, and at times, osprey fly by carrying their catch of the day!
You'll be comfortable too! The condo was recently renovated including furniture, paint, coastal artwork, decorations, a well-equipped kitchen, and amazing balcony furniture. Painted a soft sea foam color with white trim, and coral and teal accents, this condo with its beachy vibe is very relaxing.! The living room has a queen-sized leather sleeper-sofa, a recliner, two swivel barrel chairs where you can watch TV on the large wall mounted TV.
You'll enjoy the view from the master bedroom too, which includes a king-sized bed and a large wall- mounted flatscreen TV. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds and a large flat-screened TV and DVD player.
When you want to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the balcony, you'll be very comfortable on the four new swivel polywood chairs, table, and chaise lounge.
Besides the beach, you can swim in two pools, and your kids can enjoy playing on the splash pad. Come enjoy beach life and everything Orange Beach has to offer from this lovely condo!
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We had a great time staying in this condo. It was decorated very well and had comfortable furniture. We are definitely coming back to this condo next year. Our only issue was with a toilet that was not properly mounted to the floor. Would like to see that addressed when we come back.

Really nice property. Clean and comfortable. We had 2 adults and 4 children, plenty of space. I will seek this one out next time we return.

The location was great and despite some rainy weather we had a great time. The view was beautiful and the condo was clean. I wish we could have checked in before 5 pm, but it was still a great experience.
