About this house rental
Three bedroom house in a very quiet neighborhood with his own gym and Park, 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from historic downtown Wilmington very close to shopping centers great for biking and walking. If you get tired from the beach you can just sit on the rocking chair on the front porch and enjoy the time or grill something in the picnic area in the backyard! I also run a small charter service for fishing or just visiting some of the many island around, let me know for availability if interested.also there is a guest building on the property completely separated by privacy fence and fence but they have to use the driveway to access the building there is usually no one there however I have family that comes down for work or to visit time to time and they will stay there

Excellent location. Very clean home. The only thing I would recommend which should not reflect poorly on this homes owner, is if you plan on cooking for six or more people, you will need more pots pans and utensils. Other than that, plenty of towels and wash clothes along with bedding and pillows. Very comfy. And ladies, if you wear makeup like I do, please bring your own wash clothes for removal. That Is stated in the rules. I know makeup stains, so I bring my own. This home is centrally located to anything you could need. Just a quick trip across the bridge on college road and you are in the thick of all of your shopping needs. Or you could turn right onto Martin Luther king drive and it takes you straight downtown to all the night life. A left will take you straight to Wrightsville beach. It really is a prime spot. The owner does not bother you, we had minimal contact but he responds right away. I would recommend this home to anyone

We stayed here for work, so we didn’t get to enjoy the area as much as we would have liked. The house is very clean, had everything we needed and is close to everything tucked into a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host is very friendly and courteous. We will definitely rent again if we are in the area and the house is available.

The house was okay. It was clean enough. The hospitality is lacking. There are terse signs saying, "Don't do this. Don't do that." Located in a quiet, family neighborhood.
