Welcome to the Farmer's House. Your family will be close to everything including Wrightsville Beach which is less than 4 miles away! Walk or bike to Mayfaire Town Center for restaurants, shopping and movie theatre. Drift Coffee and Starbucks are also walking and biking distance. The city biking trail is right down the street. This 3 bedroom home has just been remodeled with the latest craftsman coastal flair. You will love the private fenced in backyard with patio and firepit to make lasting memories. There is an attached efficiency where the guests share the driveway.

We had a lovely one-night stay in this newly renovated, spacious, comfortable home located in a quiet residential neighborhood near many Wilmington amenities. The beds and couch were comfortable like a home. The kitchen had everything needed if you'd like to cook. The host was also very prompt and responsive, friendly, and welcoming.

Everything about this property was wonderful…clean, beautiful, comfortable, close to everything. Our host provided all that we needed to enjoy our holiday. When visiting Wilmington we will always see if Farmers House is available! Thank you for everything!
