Enter into tranquility in this beautifully decorated home only 2 1/2 miles to Wrightsville Beach, NC! Sitting perfectly on the green of hole #3 of the Inland Greens Golf Course, which is a challenging par 3 course.
Upon entering this updated home, you will be greeted by an entry foyer that leads to the main living area located to your right. Fully stocked kitchen with smooth top range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and built-in pantry. The open bar leads to the dining area which features seating for 6. Vaulted ceiling in the living room with cozy corner fireplace (decorative only). Master bedroom suite is off the front foyer to your left and features a Queen bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom with updated vanity and walk-in shower. Just beyond the living room, there are two additional bedrooms (one with a Queen bed and the other with two twin beds) sharing the full bathroom in the hallway.
Just off the main living area is the screen porch with gas fire pit. Large outside patio with built in seating. Fenced backyard overlooking pond and par 3 golf course. Take a stroll on the neighborhood walking trail or take a tour of historic downtown Wilmington riverwalk which is only 6 miles away.

Faye is an amazing host. The house was immaculate and in a convenient area to both downtown and to several beaches. The screened-in porch was such an awesome spot in the morning and evening. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.
