Fire-pit needs some major cleaning. Does not work- It is filled with debris, birds nest, and birds and not able to function. Game room didn’t work/function completely

Everything was fine except the BBQ grill was rusty/dirty Master bedroom should be in the room with the 2beds Beds were not very comfortable compared to hotels

Appreciated the washer and dryer. Comfortable living room. Clean.
Lack of basic kitchens tools, Food items left in the cabinets that were questionable. beach towels were still in the dryer from the last people. We would have used the patio if the cover actually protected the furniture on it. Any time it rained the furniture got wet. For future flexibility it would be nice to have twin beds that could be used by adults. Need better ventilation, airflow.
