The home was nice and clean. Something I really appreciate. Decent location for us, close to grocery, restaurants, beach, downtown, etc. We stayed in January, so not a beach vacation but enjoyed ourselves just the same. Thank you!

Location, location, location! Convenient to everything in the Wilmington area. Nice quiet neighborhood & plenty of space inside & out.

Overall a great in this location! Beds were a little hard, but that is to be expected in a vrbo. The window in the bathroom was unlocked and we were unable to lock it. The biggest disappointment though was that the hot tub would not get above 75 degrees.
