The place is in a great location! Close to downtown Wilmington, UNC Wilmington, wrightsville beach, Airlie gardens and Mayfair.Quiet neighborhood, close to groceries, shops and restaurants. Kitchen has all the tools for making meals and nicely updated. Our pup enjoyed the home and neighborhood as well.
