İki yatak odası olması, internetin hızlı olması. Ev yeni değil ama fiyat/performans olarak kalınabilir. Sessiz bir bölgede, bina içinde de biz kaldığımız sürece rahatsız edici bir gürültü olmadı.

Konumu özellikle biz seçtik ama başka şartlarda kalmayı tercih edeceğim bir bölge değil. Marketler uzak, çevrede yemek yenecek az seçenek var ama ana metro hatlarından kırmızı (M1) metrosuna yakın sayılır. Tesiste iki yatak odası var. Birinde normal ölçülere göre küçük sayılabilecek iki tek kişilik yatak, ana yatak odasında da çift kişilik bir yatak var. Salonda ise bir köşe koltuk, yemek masası ve tv var. Mutfakta bulaşık makinası yok, ihtiyaç duyduğumuz mutfak gereçleri genel olarak vardı. Pencere konusu biraz sıkıntılı. Salon ve ana yatak odasında açılabilen iki pencere mevcut ama yüksek olduğu için dışarıyı görmek pek mümkün olmuyor, zaten ev iç avluya baktığı için görecek fazla bir şey de yoktu. Tavan pencerelerinin ise açmak için mekanizmaları var ama biz açmayı beceremedik, bu da özellikle 2.yatak odasında havasız kalmamıza neden oldu, bir de banyo da tabi. Temizlik konusunu özellikle belirtmeme rağmen gittiğimizde salondaki kanepe ve sandalyelerin tozlu olduğunu gördük. Son olarak çıkış saati 10.00 ki çok erken. Ama daha saat 10 olmadan kapı çaldı ve BnButler'dan biri geldi. Yani bu kadar sıkı takip de bize oldukça garip geldi.

Ērta, saprotama iečekošanās. Lieliska apmešanās vieta. Izmantojām olimpiādes apmeklēšanas laikā. Tuvu centram. Automašīnu brīvi varēja novietot turpat uz ielas.

Dzīvoklī bija ļoti silts, nesapratām kā noregulēt zemāku temperatūru.

It was close to the subway station approximately 10 minutes of walking . Very accessible. It also has all the facilities to make food and wash your clothes if you’re staying longer. Also the instructions for self check in were easily accessible and we didn’t had any problem. You also will find supermarkets beside the property and many restaurants you need to try. In other words if I’ll come back to Milan I’ll return here.

The cleaning wasn't that good but they could work on that. We didn’t known how to open the window in the room with the two beds and it was very hot, we couldn’t sleep if we closed the door. Same with the bathroom window. Perhaps with the check in informations they can add some instructions about the windows it will be very useful.

O pequeno almoço foi da nossa responsabilidade. A localização é boa, tranquila. O estacionamento é muito complicado neste local.

O apartamento não tem janelas laterais ou são muito altas, apenas no teto, que por acaso não funcionam. Apesar da habitação ter ar condicionado, este não trabalha, o que fez a nossa estadia muito quente e abafada. O estore da Janela de teto do quarto mais pequeno está meio aberto o que fazia que quando o dia nasce por volta da 5h30 já não se consegue dormir por causa da claridade.
