Very good location. Close to shops, restaurants. Good sized apartment. Big tv. Well equipped kitchen with fridge, kettle... The owners were always available. Key collection was easy.

We booked for 4 people, but I only recommend it for 3 people. The two children slept on a wobbly sofa. The apartment was not clean. When we arrived we vacuumed. The stairs to the apartment were very narrow, but we knew that. The problem was that we had to walk through a very dirty area. This is the neighbor's fault, but it's good to know about it.

Good flat potential, poor management and property behaviour.

The apartment is very well equipped and indeed cozy, the kitchen is also very well setup! It has been recently renewed and it is really convenient for a stay of several days. Location is also pretty quiet and far from trafficked roads.

I was traveling for business and needed a business invoice (which they have to provide according to booking's regulation). Property took time for the entire 2 weeks of my stay and refused to provide a regular invoice. Cherry on top, after several days of repeated requests from my side (followed by "will send tomorrow" replies), THEY ASKED FOR A NICE REVIEW IN EXCHANGE FOR THE INVOICE. This was beyond acceptable for me. As of today (6 weeks after my stay), I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN INVOICE FROM THEM. Other issues: The apartment door is for interior and does not feel safe at all imho, it vibrates and lets every single noise through. Every time somebody gets in the flat below, it sounds as if they are entering yours. Some more routine care is definitely needed. There was rust (!) in the totally worn pots and pans that I found in the apartment, but luckily they were promptly replaced after a couple of days. The bed mattress was sagging and totally uncomfortable to sleep in. It was replaced as well, but it clearly takes some time to do this (issue was solved pretty quickly after 8 days of my 2-weeks stay), and I would have expected this to be checked and replaced in advance by property, without needing a host to ask for it. They also asked me 50£ (cash - no invoice of course, big whoop!) for hosting a guest during the weekend, which I find a bit exaggerated, given the fact that there was no difference in provided service, but whatever.
