Fabulous location, location, location.. Absolutely gorgeous apartment and very, very well laid out, furnished and equipped. Lovely rooftop pool area and very private. We came back to the apartment early most nights just to open the windows and enjoy the views. We've stayed in many different places in Benalmadena but this is No.1. We will return.

Little things that could have made it easier, a page in the folder with the WiFi code, info on where to empty the bins. A bit picky but would have been handy.

The property is very close to the beach it’s a really good location lots of bars around it, shop near it and sea life too !!

We agreed on the arrival time which was 15.00 however the lady didn’t come till 15.30 after us ringing her. Then once she came it was a rushed handover we didn’t get told where to take the bins and we only got one set of keys when asked for another one they said you didn’t request it however there was no where to request it. Then she told us we have to pick it up. The apartment was very clean however on one of the bed sheets was a yellow stain so we had to wash it the first night

Location and aspect. Good size.

Kitchen tired and dated - only one plug point in the kitchen, no tea towels or bin liners. Lack of bedding (no change of bedding provided for an 11 night stay). Lack of towels - one small bath towel and one hand towel provided per person for an 11 night stay. No change of bath mat - you can imagine how dirty they got after only a few days. Air con only adequate if it was kept on 24/7 - not ideal. Only one sink plug in the apartment for kitchen sink, bath and two bathroom sinks. WiFi code illegible on the router - needs to be written out properly - we finally got it after several attempts at deciphering it. Balcony windows could not be opened - we were informed on arrival that one half was broken but we were also unable to open the other half. Insufficient comfy seating for 4 people on the balcony. Three people could sit in a row but the fourth person had to sit on one of the dining chairs. There was sufficient space in the area to have a corner sofa meaning that three / four people could sit and chat comfortably,. Cracked shower bracket meant shower head would not stay in position. Lack of surfaces in the bedrooms. Wardrobe shelves awkward to access and rails very high - we wondered why there were steps in the bathroom - clearly for this reason ! Very rushed meeting with the agent on arrival and no information in the apartment with general tips and advice. There were plenty of sun beds at the pool but only 2 shades for the whole pool area! Changeover staff should be picking up on light bulbs needing to be replaced. Lots of scuff marks on the walls. The nearest bin store is approx 300 metres away and not on the island so taking the rubbish out wasn’t as easy as it should be. Clearly this has been a problem as there were signs stating not to leave rubbish at the doors into the building but no instructions at all as to where the bin store was - I had to ask one of the cleaning ladies.
