About this villa rental
Location, Location, Location - Villa Marina Benalmadena is located at walking distance from the the best beach of Benalmadena, but also to the supermarket, best restaurants and the world famous Puerto Marina in Benalmadena!
The neighborhood is flat and even - no walking up the steep hill - it is a quiet residential neighborhood without traffic, but just a short walk to all the main attractions, good supermarkets, long beautiful sea promenade and excellent choice of restaurants, pubs and clubs.
No need to rent a car, no need to look for the parking spot near the beach, no need to use any public transportation to get to all the fun places.
+The heated swimming pool is always warm.
+The hot tub (jacuzzi) is big and very pleasant.
+The kitchen has every appliance you can imagine.
+Air-conditioning in all the rooms.
But most important - we take good care of our guests, suggest where to shop, where to eat, which attractions to visit and much more.
We supply: all bed linen, liquid soap, toilet paper, hair dryers, towels, beach towels, baby cots, high chairs.
There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, fireplace, parking place on the property and lots of free parking places on the street. Plenty of space to play for the kids around the pool and in our garden (eat oranges, lemons, avocado from the tree).
From the rooftop terrace and solarium you can see the panorama of the mountains to the north and the sea view to the south.
There is a charcoal barbecue, ping pong table and rackets, darts, badminton, fast fiber optic internet, Netflix, free WiFi everywhere, Chromcast - you can stream anything from your phone to any of our TVs or install your provider application on our TV's.
For the kids and adults, there are many top attractions around the villa - SeaLife -marine centre, Aqualand water park, Selwo Marina Dolphinarium, Crocodile farm, Bioparc zoo, Butterfly park, Tivoli World attractions park, cable car with breathtaking views e.t.c. Most of them are reachable on foot or by bus. The bust stop is around the corner - 3 minutes from the villa.

*According to our cancellation policy, we issue full refund if the Spanish borders are closed, if there are flight cancellations initiated by the Spanish authorities, the Malaga airport doesn't accept international flights, the foreign travelers are not admitted into our region (province of Malaga), or if there is a ban on short stay renting issued by the government.
For any other cases you should have an adequate travel insurance which will cover any Force Majeure on your side.
However, in case you are not able to travel and notified us in advance, we will try to sell your dates to some other guests for the same price and if we succeed, we will issue a 100% refund or a travel credit voucher.

We were greeted at the villa by Lina who showed us around and explained how everything worked.Alex the host gave great communication before we arrived and we were given some great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit .The Villa was very clean and contained everything you could possibly need with a great pool and surrounding area and a great hot tub.The location was excellent , a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and an excellent bakery which we bought fresh bread and croissants from every morning.The beach and marina were a short walk which we did easily even with small children .We would highly recommend this Villa for families and adults .Alex and Lina were quick to respond to any queries or questions that we asked.A great holiday and a big thank you from my family.Jeff & family

Top drawer property , location was great, close to the centre but far enough away so as not to be disturbed by the night life. Which was important because we had our grand kids with us ,both of whom enjoyed it thoroughly.

We were looking for a property to accommodate 6 adults and a child (2 1/2). We wanted to use the property as a base but also spend time relaxing. We found Villa Marina and we were not disappointed. A large property with outside space to chill, either frying in the sun or enjoying the shade. The heated pool and hot tub were used. The pool more than the hot tub. The pool was fantastic even for the child, with adult supervision. The barbecue worked well for alfresco dining. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware for indoor cooking. All bedrooms comfortable and air conditioned. Excellent communication with the host. A minor issue resolved very promptly. The property is only a short walk from the sea front and miles off walking. Many bars and eateries to choose from. Supermarket close by for provisions. A huge thank you to Alex and his team for a very memorable holiday. As a family we have no hesitation in highly recommending Villa Marina. One day we hope to be back. Thank you all.

Needs a little upgrading, more expensive than the villa we usually stay in in Benalmadena which has similar facilities and is nearer the beach. Barking dog lives next door which kept people awake.
