Villa undoubtedly used to be nice but obviously has suffered from poor maintenance and upkeep.

Great location and plenty big enough.

Villa very tired and doesn’t reflect the photos portrayed. Inside not very well cleaned. Remnants of previous guests dirty laundry,Safe not working, broken leg on baby high chair, one bedroom air con not working, tv bracket very unstable, garden/outside area unkempt and overgrown, BBQ greasy/ dirty and unusable, pool furniture broken and dirty, garden furniture broken and torn, dirty tables, cracked tiles and walls, leaking bath, security shutters not working, access gate lock broken (was eventually repaired) and it’s the first time I’ve ever encountered a cannabis grinder as part of the inventory !

Great villa, a few complaints but all rectified quickly!

The location is ideal, we had a few issues throughout our stay which was out of the owners control but they responded quickly and everything was sorted. The house is a great size. There were 4 adults and 4 children and plenty of space for us all. House was spotless. I was worried as there were quite a few cats surrounding the property but they were very friendly and we filled up the outside bowls with cat food for them.

Although the house was very clean there were a lot of ants in the kitchen, not much can be done about this given the heat. When we arrived there was a large mirror smashed over the top floor, the owners were quick to send out the cleaner but I did feel like there were a lot of questions about how it happened and like I was being accused. Some aspects of the house are outdated, like the mirror which had broken as it was old. The key was easy to access within the lock box but it took us a while to figure out how to open the door, there is a knack to it! You have to pull it towards you on the last turn of the key. One of the air con units started leaking water and ruined makeup and medication that was on the drawers below. Again, someone was out quickly to fix this. The downstairs blinds we had to eventually open and close manually by opening the window and pulling the shutters down. The buttons would not work. All in all we had a great stay and the location and cleanliness of the villa made up for slight issues we faced. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Lovely stay, excellent location

Location. The master suite at the top of the house was perfect for us and it meant that the rest of the family were all together on the Ground Floor

No welcome/info book on how to work the various appliances. We worked things out, but it took a bit of time. The lights/blinds in the house, particularly in the master suite were very technical and took a lot of figuring out.

So much space for a group of 6 adults and 1 baby. The house was lovely and clean and very well kept. Perfect location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and supermarket, bars and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the Marina. The private pool was lovely and plenty of seating outside to enjoy the Spanish sun. The owner is lovely to deal with and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfect location. Ideal for our mother who’s in a wheelchair. Loads of space to socialise and the hosts were very helpful. I would definitely return. And I would highly recommend this villa.

The Villa is in an excellent location, close to the beach and Marina. The Villa was perfect, great size rooms, nice garden and pool area. Communication with the host was brilliant too, very quick responses. Would definitely return.

close to the marina and beach. very good location.

property is quiet run down for the cost of the stay. outdoor furniture was old and some broken. stale odour inside when we arrived, had to open windows a purchase airfreshner. large number of ants house too, was a little off putting to have to deal with that in what’s supposed to be a luxury villa. we had no toilet on ground floor as cistern was broken, wasn’t to worried at first thought they would fix during our stay but hadn’t been looked at up until we were leaving. pool wasn’t cleaned during our stay, cleaner only arrived on day of leaving - we’ve stayed in villas before and pool has always been cleaned during our stay.

The house is beautiful! Four nice bedrooms, pool is great, kitchen has all you need, very nice neighborhood and very close to beach and restaurant area. There is an avocado tree in the backyard!!!

A great holiday for 9 of us. Anything we needed was provided for us & more.

Very facilitating villa in a really good location. Very comfy beds, great air-con. The pool was perfect for cooling down. Extremely spacious villa. Easy to contact the hosts and we’re very helpful if anything was wrong.

Buttons controlling the electric blinds and lights are a little confusing but we figured it out in the end.

L’emplacement , très proche de la corniche

Villa très deteriorée et mal entretenue meubles anciens et poussiéreux,beaucoup d’insectes , la propreté laisse à désirer surtout le sol, les couettes( tâches multiples) et les lits, le garage ne fonctionne pas donc pas de parking privé comme c’est noté sur le site , on trouvait des places de stationnement très difficillement surtout le soir meme apres l’avoir signalé à l’agence aucune réaction

Het was een gezellig samenzijn met onze (klein)kinderen .

Het Zwembad was top , en we hebben een paar keer gebruik gemaakt van de BBQ. En we waren zeer gelukkig met de vaatwasser (met 9 man best veel afwas per dag)

De jacuzzi werkte niet dit tot teleurstelling van de kleinkinderen, en het rolluik bij de schuifpui naar het balkon/terras hing op een hoogte van ongeveer 1,70 mtr door een kapotte motor (die al vervangen zou moeten zijn volgens de eigenaar)wat voor verschillende aanvaringen leiden . Dit allemaal gemeld bij de eigenaar en die ging de nodige monteurs inschakelen vertelde hij . Verder wat kleine mankementen gemeld en die zijn telefonisch meteen opgelost.
